The Rainy
Season
The rainy
season usually starts in May and ends in October. During this
time, it will often rain very hard for a few hours at a time,
particularly in the late afternoon or early evening. However it
is not unusual to have occasional rain during the dry season.
During the rainy season the ground at Dhamma Makaranda may be
muddy. Please bring suitable clothing and footwear.
Temperature
The temperature
at Dhamma Makaranda is close to the
temperature in Toluca * .
During the winter (November, December and January), temperatures
at night and in early morning can be below freezing. Even during
the rest of the year, evenings and early mornings will be cool
to chilly. By mid-morning, however, the temperatures will have
warmed up and lighter clothes will be comfortable. Dress in layers.
